Irish philosophy of life
The following words make me feel so good each time I read them, I hope you’ll enjoy too:
In life, there are only two things to worry about,
either you are well, or you are sick.
If you are well, there is nothing to worry about,
but if you are sick, you have two things to worry about;
either you will live, or you will die.
If you live, there is nothing to worry about,
if you die, you have two things to worry about;
either you will go to heaven or to hell.
If you go to heaven, there is nothing to worry about,
but if you go to hell,
you’ll be so busy shaking hands with your friends,
you won’t have time to worry!
So, why worry?

reading this made me think, either I liked it or I don’t..
I did!
Great post!
Thanks for liking the it.
My aunt has recited that to me for many years. It’s a favorite in the McEvoy clan.
That’s wonderful…
Absolutely delightful humor.
May I thank you for such wonderful humor.
God bless you!
Oh, so very true. Of course, I don’t mind dying, but I’m not sure I want to be there when it happens ; )
Thanks!
Dear K,

This is beautiful and hilarious. Thanks for sharing this
I love it too!
Amen.
Yes!
Good humour, but it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t add that no one will have friends in hell.
Sure!
I love this! What a sweet reminder about the natural life cycle and that there is no need to get so worked up about things that don’t truly matter. Love those Irish!
Irish humors and blessings are very precious.
I have been sending you ‘likes’ on your blogs and just realized you were not getting them. I signed in but forgot to go back and hit Like again after sign in. Sorry, I’m just learning how to use social sites!!
